ORDER CANCELLATION

If your order has not yet been processed, it may be cancelled. If your order has already been processed, you will need to request a return once your order has been received, as described in our Refund Policy.

SHIPPING & ORDER TRACKING

Vintevo delivers worldwide.

Delivery is free with no minimum purchase.

Preparation and dispatch of your order generally takes between 1 and 3 days.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail with a tracking number. You can track your package on our order tracking page. Delivery of your order usually takes between 5 and 10 days.

We are vintage Y2K resellers. Our team scouts for unique pieces at the best possible prices, then brings them to you so you can enjoy authentic style without the high cost.

I DIDN'T RECEIVED MY ORDER YET ?

If your order has not been delivered within the estimated delivery time, we advise you to :

- check the status of your order using the tracking number you received by e-mail,
- check that the delivery address is correct,
- contact your local delivery service if you have missed the delivery.

REFUND

For security reasons, refunds cannot be made to a credit card other than the one used at the time the order was placed. We aim to process refunds as quickly as possible.

However, please note that the time taken to process a refund may vary depending on the banking institution and may take up to 14 days from the date of receipt of your return.
